Sinningias

These tuberous plants, have light requirements of 12 to 14 hours of fluorescent light daily. Tubers may go dormant. If so, move to lower light levels and water sparingly until new growth has reappeared. Potting mix must be light and porous. Pot them in small pots! Let dry slightly between waterings. Use a well balanced fertilizer, on a regular basis, especially when growing new foliage, at a rate of ¼ to ½ tsp. per gallon of water. To assure the authenticity of the variety, all hybrids are reproduced by cuttings. (except where labeled as "x self")
